Often incorporating two-dimensional imagery on to three-dimensional form to create depth and narrative, Joanna has attained numerous scholarships and awards for her blown and kiln cast sculpture.

Jun 22, 09In honor and commemoration of glass artist, Hans Godo Fräbel, the Fräbel Art Foundation has selected two female honorees to receive the,“2008 Hans Godo Fräbel Award” and the “2008 Fräbel Novice Award”. The “2008 Hans Godo Fräbel Award” recipient is glass artist, Joanna H. Manousis, and “2008 Fräbel Novice Award” recipient, Maureen B. McRorie.
