It is not until I took a class in college in glass sculpting that I truly was able to appreciate the expert craftsmanship required to make a simple glass sculpture. I have a lot of respect for what glass artists endure to make such beautiful art. One of the most beautiful qualities of glass, is its ability to absorb the light in such a beautiful way.
