My name is Malissa Kuznicki and I am a glass artist born and raised in "The Glass City" (Toledo, Ohio). I was introduced to Flameworking in 2004 and it has become my primary medium. Up to this point I've had no formal instruction in Flameworking, however thanks to books, videos, and some wonderful on-line communities I'm learning something new every day. I also frequently work with metals and have done Fusing/ Slumping. I've also taken several Furnace classes at the Toledo Museum of Art's Glass Pavilion. I am currently working on combining metals and glass in my pieces.
