I'm a second generation glass worker learning this fascinating medium from my dad, John Paul LeJeune. He was one of the top 10 best scientific glass blower in the U.S. before taking the leap into the handful of pioneers in borosilicate art in the late 1960's. As a very young child, my earliest memories were watching my father working on scientific glass and when old enough, started the long journey as his apprentice. His emphasis on flow, sensitivity and accuracy profoundly impressed me.
I continue his legacy having moved to Needles, CA. I am grateful to have his knowledge and techniques and blessed to be able to expand on it. I enjoy having the opportunity to try other mediums in soft glass, laser engraving, plasma art, fusing and slumping.
