Petra Kaiser is a full time glass artist/instructor and author for over 10 years. Locally she is known for her classes at BIG ARTS on Sanibel and her 'Fuse It Studio' classes. Internationally she is known for her books "Introduction to Glass Fusing", "Fuse It" and now the latest one, "Glass Forming with the Mold Block System" as well as teaching workshops at conferences and studios world wide. Her formal education as an instructor in Germany have proven to be very helpful in structuring and teaching glass fusing classes. Petra is fascinated by the endless possibilities kiln formed glass is offering and she keeps inventing even more.
