I have been 'playing' with stained glass for over 15 years, mosic for about 5 years and have just found soft glass sculpture. I was stuck in traffic one day, looked over and saw a glass shop. I finally found time to go into the shop and was captivated. I signed up for classes that day. I've taken both sculpturing classes and am having so much fun. I have a small soft glass setup next to my stained glass workshop. I have tons of ideas of what I want to create; however, I'm trying to concentrate on practicing the basics--Marias, gathers, etc. I'm beginnng to understand how lucky I am to be less than 3 miles from Flametree Glass. Lance has people coming in for classes from all over the US.

Wish me luck and I'm open to suggestions on how to perfect my new craft.
